Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping our Confectionery Products to you and our fans is easy...

Here is how it goes...  Each product you select is packaged, boxed and shipped to an address for the price indicated at checkout. All pricing is subject to change, but we will let you know! Products ordered with confirmation will be shipped within 3-5 business days*

*Refers to a DAY being a business DAY, Monday through Friday as opposed to Holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and "What a day I've had today".

Warm weather shipping. Cause its gotta be warm somewhere & we like to ship Chocolate all  year round!...

Your order will be carefully packaged, boxed and shipped in our special "Warm Weather" shipper carton. This insulated carton is designed to keep your order delectable and fresh and it comes complete with reusable freezer packs. Real simple, really just add $35.95 to stated shipping cost per product for this service. Cause it has been our experience (and we have bee doing this for a while), that fantastic precious Chocolate cargo has to be expedited Next Day* UPS. If you do not choose to pay for the warm weather shipping option when needed, we reserve the right to review your order, and with discretion, cancel the order at that time.

 

  

Returns & Replacements

We are here for YOUR happiness... Its is a real pleasure conducting a business, where we can provision happiness to our friends, guests and new customers at our kitchens, and our web store. If you are at anytime pleased, or displeased, please let us know... In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your experience, with Haute Chocolate, we will be courteous in our resolution to your concerns...

Okay, the trademarks, distinctive packaging and the content of Haute Chocolate, Inc.  product designs, and Lisa's Brownies represented on this sight are proprietary elements, of which we are proud. The other referenced and trademarked products belong to the creators of those fine products that we represent. Thank you in advance for asking for permission before you borrow.

  

 

Care & Feeding or Our Fine Products

Best approach to this is to simply eat the goodies. But if you choose to pace yourself. Some rules. Freeze the brownie products for best results in product freshness. Don't worry, they thaw fast, and lots of our customers like to gently warm the brownies, to make them even gooier. This is a very personal decision, we'll leave it up to you! Do not refrigerate brownies, that will promote stale brownies! We do not want you to eat stale Lisa's Brownies. Life is too short for stale brownies. So order often, and we'll bake some more. This freezing "rule" applies to all of our bakery products!  Other products represented on our site, if kept in a room where you are comfortable, will be just fine until eaten! We want you and your Haute Chocolate, Inc. products to be real comfortable. I'm sure there are are worse things than cold Chocolate, but we want your experience to be pleasurable and positive.
 

 

Gift Messages

What shall I say when I send a gift from Haute? Just the thought that you're sending some Chocolate should say it all, but we'll ask you to give us a salutation for our famous little logo card that we enclose with each gift sent... Even if you're sending it to yourself! We'll ask you to keep it short, cause its already sweet...
